The work field covers enterprise planning and scheduling optimization, energy management and optimization, research and development and industrial application of public works system optimization, RTO and industrial big data systems, forming more than 20 patented technologies and leading the construction of dozens of large-scale optimization projects, resulting in great experience and social benefits. At this stage, it is mainly engaged in industrial energy saving and carbon reduction operation optimization, digital twinning of process, industrial big data application and other related technology integration innovation and solution research and development.

吴玉成，现任中控技术总裁助理。在中控技术长期从事工业优化技术和人工智能领域的产品研发、工程管理及咨询工作。工作领域覆盖企业计划调度优化、能源管理与优化，公用工程系统优化、装置实时优化（RTO）和工业大数据等系统的研发与工业化应用，形成二十余项专利技术，并主导数十个大型优化项目的建设，产生较大的经验和社会效益。现阶段主要从事工业节能降碳运营优化、工艺过程数字孪生、工业大数据应用等相关技术融合创新及解决方案研发工作。
