Jinghua Xiao, a professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Business at Sun Yat-sen University, director of the State-owned Enterprise Digital Transformation and Management Innovation Research Center at the School of Enterprise Research at Sun Yat-Sen University, Deputy Director General of the China Information Economics Society and Director of the Digital Economy Innovation Special Committee. Her research interests include enterprise’s digital transformation and innovation, IT strategy, and E-commerce management. She has been hosting 1 key program and 3 general programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 2 subprojects within major programs of the National Social Science Foundation of China, and 8 government and enterprise projects. She has published books such as “Theory and Methods for Evaluating Enterprise Informatization Level” and “Internet Banking”, and textbooks such as “Information Economics” and “E-commerce Economics”. She has also published over 40 papers on high-level journals including ISR, JAMS, I&M, “Management World”, “Economic Research Journal”, and “Journal of Management Science in China”.

She has been using the case study method to investigate enterprise’s digital transformation and innovation. From 2012 to 2022, she won the Best Paper Award of the “Forum on Case-based and Qualitative Research in Business Administration in China” eight times. Meanwhile, her research outputs were awarded the first prize of the Ministration of Education’s Science Research Famous Achievement Award in Higher Institution in 2020 and the Second Prize in 2015, as well as the 2021 “Management World” Excellent Paper and the 7th “China Industrial Economics” Excellent Paper. Her teaching outputs were awarded the first prize of Sun Yat-sen University Teaching Achievement Award in 2019 and the second prize of Guangdong Education and Teaching Achievement Award in 2020.

肖京华，中山大学商学院教授、博士生导师，中山大学企业研究学院国有企业数字化转型与管理创新研究中心主任，中国信息经济学会副总干事、数字经济创新专委会主任。她的研究兴趣包括企业的数字化转型和创新、IT战略和电子商务管理。主持国家自然科学基金重点项目1项，面上项目3项，国家社会科学基金重大项目子项目2项，政府和企业项目8项。出版了《企业信息化水平评价理论与方法》、《网络银行》等著作，以及《信息经济学》、《电子商务经济学》等教材。她还在ISR、JAMS、I&M、《管理世界》、《经济研究杂志》、《中国管理科学杂志》等高水平杂志上发表了40多篇论文。 她一直在用案例研究的方法研究企业的数字化转型和创新。2012年至2022年，她8次获得“中国工商管理案例与质性研究论坛”最佳论文奖。同时，她的研究成果获得了2020年教育部高等学校科研成果奖一等奖和2015年二等奖，以及2021年《管理世界》优秀论文和第七届《中国产业经济学》优秀论文。她的教学成果获得了2019年中山大学教学成果奖一等奖和2020年广东省教育教学成果奖二等奖。
